• Optional flight number and any notes / special requests
• Rental details: pick-up and drop-off location, dates and times, driver age, selected vehicle class, insurance and extras

• To process your booking request and contact you to confirm availability and the final details
• To prepare and manage your rental and send booking-related emails
• To improve our website and services (analytics) and measure our advertising — only with your consent

A booking submitted on this website is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Our team reviews it and contacts you to finalize it.

4. Legal basis

• Performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps — to handle your booking request and rental.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the service, under appropriate safeguards:

• ProRentSoft — rental/reservation management system that stores and processes your booking.
• Mailgun — email delivery for booking and notification emails.
• Google (Analytics & Ads) and Microsoft (Clarity) — website analytics and advertising measurement, only after your consent.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to make the site work, to understand how it is used, and to measure our ads. On your first visit a cookie banner lets you accept or reject each category. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you consent.
