Driver requirements
Who can rent and what we need from you on pick-up.
- Minimum rental age is 22 years.
- Valid national driver's license held for a minimum of 3 years.
- Valid passport required at pick-up.
- Police record is obligatory for all types of insurance.
Pricing & payment
How prices are calculated and accepted.
- Prices are in Euro per day.
- The price includes VAT.
- All major credit cards are accepted.
- Payment in advance by cash or credit card.
- Special prices for long term rentals.
Deposit & responsibility
What you cover during the rental.
- Deposit is required (cash or credit card).
- Parking and traffic fines are client's responsibility.
- Loss of documents or keys will be charged up to €500.
Insurance
What's included and what isn't.
- Passenger insurance included.
- Insurance does not cover tires and windscreen.
- Police record is obligatory for all types of insurance.
Vehicle & mileage
Our fleet, your freedom.
- Mileage is not limited.
- All cars are new.
Extras & delivery
Add-ons, delivery, lease extension.
- Baby seat — on request, GRATIS.
- GPS navigation device — on request, GRATIS.
- Delivery and collection outside the city — charged separately.
- For lease extension over the agreed date — please contact Elite Rent a Car.
Important
Police record is obligatory for all types of insurance.
In the event of any accident or damage, an official police record is required for the insurance to apply. Without it, repair costs may be your responsibility — please call us immediately if anything happens during your rental.
